From the living/dining area You have direct access to the terrace/full lake view
The terrace is furnished with a table of wrought iron and six chairs as well as a sun shade.
On the side of the portico/roofed terrace there is an extra sitting area and barbecue.

Attic: a winding staircase brings you to the small open attic equipped with sleeper couch and reading lamp.
